We are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead legal support for our

Loan Against Securities (LAS)

business. The role requires robust expertise in secured lending, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management within the financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end legal support for LAS transactions and business operations.

- Draft, review, and negotiate loan, pledge, guarantee, and security documentation.

- Advise business, credit, risk, operations, and collections teams on legal and regulatory matters.

- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, Depositories Act, and other applicable laws.

- Manage legal notices, litigation, arbitration, and recovery proceedings in coordination with external counsel.

- Review legal risks, strengthen documentation, and support product/process enhancements.





- Develop and update legal templates, SOPs, and internal policies.

- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and governance initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M./CS preferred).

- 5 + years of post-qualification experience in an NBFC, bank, fintech, or financial institution.

- Strong experience in secured lending, or Loan Against Securities.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment.
