Role Description These are full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, Maharashtra & Andhra Pradesh Division for Lithium-ion Cell Manufacturing & BESS Assembly Engineers. The role involves manufacturing large prismatic Lithium-ion & Sodium-ion Cells as well as overseeing and performing mechanical assembly of lithium-ion cells and BESS modules, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.

Engineers will collaborate on process setup, equipment operation and workflow optimization based on disciplined SOPs to improve production efficiency and reliability. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings and CAD models, coordinating with electronics and automation teams for integration of control systems and troubleshooting assembly or process issues.



The position also requires documentation of procedures, participation in testing and validation maintaining close coordination with cross-functional teams to support product development and scaling of manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Electrochemical, Electrical, Thermal, Structural Design and Simulation skills for precision manufacturing and system integration.
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Assembly and Mechanical Engineering skills for precision manufacturing and system integration.
- Candidates should possess Electronics and Automation skills for working with control systems, sensors and automated production equipment.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for interpreting and modifying engineering drawings and models.
- Relevant experience in battery manufacturing, energy storage systems or related industrial production environments is beneficial.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices and basic troubleshooting in manufacturing settings is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, follow standardized procedures and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams is expected.
