Are you someone who has already managed successful LinkedIn Ads campaigns and enjoys optimizing B2B lead generation?

We're looking for a hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager Intern to help us scale campaigns for B2B technology, SaaS, AI, and Startup clients.

This is NOT a beginner role. We're looking for someone with real campaign execution experience.What You'll Do

- Plan and launch LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns.
- Create and optimize Campaign Manager campaigns.
- Set up Audience Targeting, Matched Audiences, and Retargeting.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality.
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Suggest campaign improvements and scaling strategies.

Requirements
- Experience managing LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager .




- Must have worked on at least 2 successful B2B LinkedIn campaigns .
- Understanding of:
- Lead Generation Forms
- Website Conversion Campaigns
- Audience Targeting
- Campaign Optimization
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, Technology, or B2B Marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and landing page optimization.
