✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage Company, Branch & MLO licensing through NMLS

✔️ Handle license applications, renewals, sponsorships & amendments

✔️ Ensure compliance with the SAFE Act and state mortgage regulations

✔️ Coordinate with Legal, Compliance & HR teams

✔️ Track license renewals and maintain accurate records

✔️ Support regulatory audits and examinations

✔️ Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance requirements

? Required Skills

✅ Hands-on experience with NMLS

✅ US Mortgage Licensing experience

✅ Knowledge of the SAFE Act and MLO licensing

✅ Multi-state licensing experience

✅ Solid communication and documentation skills
