Job Summary

- SHIFTS (6 AM – 6 PM, 6 PM – 6 AM)
- Distribute medications, administer injections, facilitate other basic medical care tasks
- Record residents medical history and update charts regularly
- Emotional support for residents
- Promote socialization and activity participation
- Oversee and guide CNAs to provide quality care

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- Portray solid interpersonal communication, passion for residents and for the team, strong ability to collaborate and communicate
- Develop productive and efficient working relationships with residents, co-workers, and facility’s leaders
- Ability to create a homelike experience that allows the residents to be comfortable
