Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Sales role based in Thane. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life and health insurance products.

Daily tasks include scheduling and attending client meetings, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing quotations, and assisting clients with application and documentation processes. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, and providing ongoing service to existing policyholders.



Collaboration with internal teams and insurance partners is expected to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of Insurance products.
- Candidates should possess experience with Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance offerings.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in life or health insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage targets, and handle field visits as required.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields is an asset.
