Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end customs clearance of high-value import consignments through coordination with Customs House Agents and authorities, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and console agents for smooth cargo movement from Mumbai ports/airports to plant locations.

1. Manage post-import compliance including EPCG obligations, advance authorizations, refund claims (IGST/Drawback), and audit support for old project imports.
2. Assist in tendering and contract management for CHA, transporters, and local vehicle vendors including bid evaluation and ARC finalization.
3. Verify and process vendor bills (CHAs, transporters and other suppliers) ensuring contractual accuracy and GST compliance.
4. Provide protocol services to MD, Board of Directors, EDs, GMs, and VIP guests including airport transfers, hotel bookings, and local transportation as and when required.
5. Handle SAP operations including vendor master creation, value contracts, service orders, and purchase orders for Mumbai-specific vendors.
6. Coordinate with Head Office departments (Material Management, Secretarial, Logistics, Finance) for various Mumbai-related tasks and compliance requirements.

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, clarifications, and ensuring timely resolution of audit observations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
2. Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
3. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS,ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
4. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
5. Candidate shall initially be put on contract basis.
6. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict/ enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
7. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards/ criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.

Remuneration During 1st Year of Contract CTC will be 8.50 LPA (Approx) and During 2nd Year of Contract CTC will be 9.00 LPA (Approx). Regular Absorption upon successful completion of Contract Period. The current CTC of Regular Grade GREO-08 is Approx. Rs. 16.86 Lacs per annum.
