Job Summary

We are looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager with hands-on experience in lending partnerships, strong capability in building alliances with Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs, and excellent analytical & data-crunching skills. The role will focus on scaling lending distribution across multiple financial products through strategic partnerships while leveraging data-driven insights for growth and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with lenders including Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs

- Own end-to-end alliances for lending product sourcing, onboarding, and disbursement

- Drive partnerships across multiple lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Credit Lines, Gold Loans, and other retail/commercial lending products

- Identify, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with partners

- Drive loan volumes, revenue growth, yield optimization, and portfolio expansion

- Analyze partner performance using MIS, dashboards, and funnel metrics

- Track conversion ratios, approval rates, ticket sizes, disbursement trends, and TATs

- Work closely with credit,



risk, operations, product, and compliance teams

- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, KYC, AML, and lending compliance frameworks

- Continuously optimize partnerships and funnels using data-backed insights and market intelligence

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Proven experience in Lending / Loan Products within NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs

- Solid background in Partnerships & Alliances with lending institutions

- Experience managing multiple lending products and partner ecosystems

- High proficiency in data analysis, MIS reporting, and performance tracking

- Ability to translate data into actionable business and growth strategies

Preferred Skills

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting

automation)

- Strong commercial, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

- Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation

- Understanding of digital lending ecosystems and embedded finance partnerships
