Role Description The Leisure Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for advising clients on leisure travel options, designing customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, tours, and ground transportation.

The consultant will handle inquiries, provide destination guidance, prepare quotations, and ensure bookings are accurate and aligned with client expectations. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, negotiating rates, managing car rentals and other local services,



and resolving any issues that arise before or during travel. The role also involves maintaining client records, following up after trips for feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of C&S; travel offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel, with the ability to design tailored holiday itineraries.
- Proficiency in Travel Management, including end-to-end trip planning, booking, and coordination with multiple vendors.
- Experience with Car Rental and related ground transport services, ensuring efficient and reliable local travel arrangements.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality environment; prior leisure travel consulting experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to explain options clearly and handle negotiations with suppliers.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with booking systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, collaborate within a small team, and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
