Role & responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and prepare legal notices and replies etc.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, proactive measures in brand protection etc.

- Research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

- Liasoning and maintaining relations with external lawyers and counsels.

- Manage litigations.

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree (5 years) in Law. Or LL.B

- 8/11 years of experience working in a corporate environment (with a blend of some years of practical court exp. preferred).





- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong knowledge of contract law, consumer law, trade recovery matters, regulatory compliance etc.

- Understanding on Intellectual Property Rights matter.

- Drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in legal research and document.

- 10/11 years (minimum) of experience working in a blended environment (corporate + court exp.).
