We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Manager, Reporting to General Counsel, to provide legal and commercial support across the organization ensuring effective contract management, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and legal risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including vendor, supply, manufacturing, distribution, NDA, licensing and service agreements.

- Provide legal advice on pharmaceutical business operations, contracts, regulatory and compliance matters for the Global market including ROW market.

- Manage litigation, arbitration, legal notices and coordinate with external counsels/law firms.

- Support corporate governance, due diligence, legal documentation and strategic business transactions.

- Support IP matters including trademarks, licensing and brand protection.

- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Maintain legal records, contract trackers and compliance documentation.

- Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and other functions.





- Advising and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws including Factories Act, Shop and Establishment Act, etc.

- Researched and well versed with Drugs and Cosmetics Act and relevant laws for the industry.

- Reviewing, interpreting and counselling on applicable local laws, court rulings, policies and practices, business conduct guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

- LL.B. mandatory & LL.M. If done

- 8 - 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life-sciences industry.

- Strong expertise in corporate & commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation, compliance and legal risk management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

- High integrity, confidentiality and a business-oriented approach.
