Role Description The Legal Intern will support the legal team in delivering comprehensive financial and legal solutions to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with legal research on banking and finance laws, drafting and organizing legal documents related to loan settlements, interest rate negotiations, and credit rebuilding matters.

The intern will help prepare case summaries, client correspondence, and basic contractual documents under supervision,



and may participate in client meetings to observe and support legal consulting activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate case files, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with banking, finance, and consumer protection regulations.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including analyzing client issues and assisting in developing legal strategies.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting notices, agreements, summaries, and basic pleadings under guidance.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with clients and team members.
- Capacity to identify, interpret, and address Legal Issues related to loan settlements, interest disputes, and credit rebuilding.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program (LLB or equivalent); prior internship experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and willingness to learn from experienced legal practitioners.
