Legal Internship:

- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including lease deeds, service agreements, franchise agreements and other business contracts.
- Support retail expansion by assisting with property due diligence, documentation and execution of retail store agreements.
- Maintain legal trackers, contract databases and documentation to support productive contract lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, Operations and Compliance to collect existing agreements and identify legal gaps.
- Support the Legal team across commercial, franchise, compliance, corporate and other strategic legal projects as required.
- Assist in legal workflows, standard templates and internal processes.

Duration: 3 Months Stipend : Rs. 15,000/- per month

On-site Working : Koregaon Park, Pune, MH

Working Days : Mon to Sat (1st & 3rd Sat Off)

Work Timings : 10am to 7pm
