We have an urgent opening for a Senior Executive Legal & Risk Management one of our esteemed clients.

Client Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 3 – 6Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)

:

- Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective
- Handling internal & external stakeholders with robust legal acumen.
- Ability to provide proposal drafting support
- Reviewing of RFP’s, Tenders, RFQ’s, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc
- Updated on current legal developments and laws
