Key Responsibilities

Conduct title verification and due diligence for commercial properties, business parks, showrooms, offices and warehouses/godowns.

Obtain and renew building permissions, Occupancy Certificates, Fire NOCs, trade licences, signage permissions and other statutory approvals.

Support MahaRERA documentation and commercial real-estate compliance.

Draft and review lease deeds, leave and licence agreements, warehouse agreements, legal notices and authority representations.

Liaise with NMC, NIT, MahaRERA, Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar, Fire Department, MIDC, MPCB and other authorities.

Attend District Courts, Civil Courts, Consumer Commissions, revenue authorities and other forums as required.

Assist external advocates in civil, property, recovery, consumer and commercial matters.

Prepare case briefs, compile evidence, coordinate affidavits and maintain litigation records.

Track hearing dates, court orders, notices,



licences and renewal deadlines.

Coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, consultants and internal departments.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in property licensing, permissions and government liaison.

Basic court experience, including filing, case follow-up and coordination with advocates.

Basic knowledge of civil procedure, property disputes, recovery and consumer matters.

Knowledge of Maharashtra property, municipal, stamp-duty and registration procedures.

Valuable legal drafting and document-verification skills.

Working knowledge of English, Marathi and Hindi.

Willingness to travel to courts, government offices and project sites.
