NMust possess experience in working with law firms in Mumbai with ability to work in a team and individually, and keenness to learn and share knowledge.
NLitigation Experience:
No Drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
No Familiarity with briefing senior counsel and assisting in court proceedings.
No Ability to conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
No Sound drafting and advisory skills, and the ability to independently handle matters with minimal supervision.
