We are looking for an IP Legal Associate to strengthen our legal team. This role is ideal for lawyers who enjoy legal drafting, research, advisory, and Intellectual Property practice while working on diverse and challenging legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal notices, agreements, contracts, NDAs, opinions, and other legal documentation.
- Prepare examination replies, legal submissions, and responses before the Intellectual Property Office.
- Conduct legal research and assist in advisory matters.
- Handle Trademark Prosecution and Opposition matters.
- Review legal documents and identify legal risks.
- Coordinate with clients, associates, and internal teams.
- Assist in hearings and dispute resolution matters, where required.




- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex IP matters.

Requirements

- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Prior exposure to Intellectual Property Law.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
