PROJECT MANAGER — CLIENT OPERATIONS

The Project Manager is responsible for keeping those moving parts coordinated and ensuring that the information relied upon by our clients and legal team remains current and accurate.

THE ROLE The Project Manager will work closely with our Case Managers, leadership, service team, and collections team. This person will monitor the progress of client matters, coordinate meetings and reporting, maintain accurate records, and address gaps before they affect the client experience.
Responsibilities include
- Monitoring assignments, deliverables, and internal deadlines across multiple client matters.
- Preparing, organizing, reviewing, and distributing client documents and reports.
- Confirming that records, reports, and account information are complete and consistent.
- Conducting regular audits of active client accounts.
- Coordinating with the service and collections teams when information requires verification or follow-up.
- Scheduling client meetings and confirming that the necessary people, documents, and information are available beforehand.
- Keeping clients informed about the status of their matters and upcoming steps.
- Identifying stalled items, conflicting information,
or process gaps and helping move them toward resolution.
- Updating internal systems so the team can rely on the information they contain.
- Helping refine workflows as the firm continues to grow.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Complete professional fluency in spoken and written English.
- Qualified fluency in at least one additional language. Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is preferred.
- College degree required.
- Law degree preferred.
- Experience coordinating projects, documents, clients, deadlines, or operational workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong professional writing and communication skills.
