Qualifications & Requirements

- LLB or LLM from a recognized institution (Bar Council enrollment mandatory)

- 1–3 years of post-enrollment experience in litigation

- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Law Finder, SCC Online, Manupatra, or Lexis Nexis

- Strong drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills

- Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, corporate, and constitutional law

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality

Requirements

Experience & Expertise:





- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on litigation experience

- Proven track record in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity

- Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels

- Ability to handle cases independently, from filing to final arguments

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong case management and legal research capabilities

- Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

- Professional demeanor and robust client interaction skills

- Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving
