Job Prospect at Sarthak Maggon Law Offices – Legal Associate or Assessment Intern

Sarthak Maggon Law Offices is seeking a full-time Legal Associate (for candidates with prior work experience) or an Assessment Intern (for fresh or almost graduates) to join our team in New Delhi starting from April/May/June 2026. Our firm specializes in criminal, commercial, and civil law matters across multiple forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court, and other courts/tribunals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on various legal propositions.
- Assist in drafting and filing pleadings, notices, memos, etc.
- Appear and argue before courts/tribunals.
- Direct client interface and engage with a diverse range of clients.

Qualifications
- For the Legal Associate position: At least 1-2 years of experience working with a counsel, law firm, or similar organization.
- For the Assessment Intern position: Multiple prior internships with legal chambers, law firms, or similar organizations.




- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with MS Word and PDF editing software is an advantage.
- The ability to manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements
- It is preferable for the Legal Associate candidate to have prior experience working with litigation-based chambers/teams.
- The candidate should demonstrate high integrity, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
- Punctuality and sincerity in handling tasks are essential.

Location: Our office is based in West Delhi. Remuneration: Subject to discussion and based on experience.
