About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and creative Learning Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at SID Global Solutions. In this role, you will own the entire learning lifecycle, which includes designing engaging instructional content, managing learning technologies, coordinating training sessions, and tracking learner progress.

Your primary focus will be to develop innovative digital learning experiences that facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating multimedia content, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), and analyzing training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence employee development initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training is required.

Hands-on experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate is essential.



Candidates should have experience administering LMS platforms like Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, or SuccessFactors. A strong understanding of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, Adult Learning Principles, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model is necessary.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Creative Cloud is also required. Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills are vital for success in this role. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning, virtual instructor-led, classroom, and blended learning programs utilizing instructional design best practices.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia content, simulations, videos, graphics, and interactive modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex business and technical content into engaging, learner-friendly training materials.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, content uploads, learner enrollments, learning paths, reporting, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, including managing learner communications, logistics, classroom setup, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up.
- Monitor learner participation, course completion rates, compliance requirements, certifications,



and overall training effectiveness through dashboards and reports.
- Maintain comprehensive learning documentation, course catalogs, historical training records, and digital learning assets.
- Perform quality assurance testing on learning content to ensure compatibility across multiple devices, browsers, and LMS platforms.
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and instructional design principles.
- Partner with HR, Talent Development, business stakeholders, and instructors to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learner engagement, operational efficiency, and overall learning experience.
