Job Summary

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to plan and conduct training programs for restaurant employees. The role focuses on improving employee skills, service standards, and overall performance across restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage monthly training calendars.

- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.

- Train employees on SOPs, service standards, product knowledge, and company policies.

- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance improvement.

- Develop and update training materials and manuals.

- Conduct regular visits to restaurant outlets to ensure training standards are followed.

- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.

- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on training requirements.

- Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Positive communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in conducting classroom and on-the-job training.

- Knowledge of SOP creation and training documentation.

- Ability to travel between restaurant outlets when required.
