About The Role Reporting to the Education Lead, the Learner Support Coordinator provides administrative assistance to support the effective delivery of adult education within Playcentre.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

- Coordinate course bookings & process course enrolments
- Accurate record keeping of learner progress and workshop rolls in the database
- Administration relating to the Safety Checking of students
- Distribution of resources to learners and tutors

This is a fixed term role form 31 August 2026 to 1 February 2026. Part-time, working up to 10 hours per week. This will be based at one of our offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton or Dunedin.

About You The successful candidate will have:

- Excellent time management & planning skills
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while working to tight timeframes
- Confident using technology and adapting to new systems
- Strong relationship management & communication skills across a range of stakeholders
