Leapswitch Networks Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of Cloud, Data Center, Managed Hosting, Network Infrastructure, and Enterprise Technology Solutions. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Demand Generation Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline through effective B2B lead generation and outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online databases.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and identify business opportunities.
- Research prospects using LinkedIn, CRM, and lead-generation tools.
- Manage and update lead information, activities, and follow-ups in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share relevant prospects with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and calling targets/KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Inside Sales,



or B2B Sales.
- Strong hands-on cold calling experience is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B sales/lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM, or similar lead management tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-generation platforms.
- Knowledge of Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of IT, SaaS, Cloud, Hosting, or Technology Services is preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Comfortable with daily cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Should be comfortable working against monthly lead-generation targets/KPIs.
- Willing to work from office at Wadala, Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.
- Candidates with a stable career track record and relevant B2B lead-generation experience will be preferred.
