Programs are crafted by in-house trainers certified in ADDIE, Master Trainer, Assessment analysts, NLP, etc - ensuring high-quality, evidence-based approaches to leadership development.

Each program is tailored to the specific training needs of participants, with a focus on building effective educational and organizational leadership. The school partners with institutions and organizations seeking structured leadership training, coaching, and mentoring solutions.

Role Description The Leadership Trainer will deliver experiential (outdoor activities based) leadership development programs to students, educators, professionals, and organizational leaders at our Campsite in the outskirt of Bengaluru.

This full-time, on-site role involves planning and facilitating workshops, designing training materials and activities, and adapting program content to meet diverse learning needs. The trainer will conduct assessments to identify participant development areas, provide coaching and mentoring support, and track progress and outcomes for each cohort.



The role also includes collaborating with other trainers, contributing to curriculum enhancement, and maintaining alignment with ACCT, Project Adventure, and ICF standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in leadership training, facilitation, and experiential learning methods.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to individuals and groups.
- Ability to design and customize training content, activities, and curricula based on participant needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Background in education, organizational development, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in coaching or experiential learning (such as ACCT, Project Adventure, ICF) are a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple programs.
- Comfort with in office work in the outskirts of Bengaluru and willingness to facilitate outdoor or activity-based learning sessions.
