The Opportunity

As a Leadership and Development Associate, you will do more than facilitate sessions. You will help create experiences that challenge people to think better, communicate better, and lead better.

You will work closely with curriculum, operations, and leadership teams, gradually taking on greater ownership of learning experiences as you grow. This is a role for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with responsibility, and excited by the idea of growing through real-world action.

What You’ll Do

- Co-facilitate and gradually lead interactive learning sessions for working professionals and emerging leaders.
- Help learners strengthen communication, confidence, executive presence, and workplace effectiveness.
- Lead discussions, practice exercises, and reflective conversations that make learning engaging and memorable.




- Build a learning environment that is energetic, safe, and growth-oriented.
- Observe learner behaviour and adapt facilitation in the moment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum delivery and learning outcomes.
- Use feedback to sharpen your sessions and continuously raise your own facilitation and leadership capability.

Who We’re Looking For We are not hiring for polish alone. We are hiring for potential, presence, and the ability to grow quickly.

You may be a robust fit if you have:

- 0–5 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to groups.
- Curiosity about people, behaviour, and leadership.
- Ownership and the willingness to take initiative.
- Emotional intelligence and strong room awareness.
- Interest in facilitation, coaching, development, or people-centered work.
- Experience in debates, theatre, MUNs, public speaking, student leadership, or similar spaces.
