Role Description The Lead Technical Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanchipuram. This role involves designing and delivering technical training programs, including preparing curricula, lesson plans, and practical lab sessions.

The Lead Technical

Instructor will conduct classroom and workshop-based sessions, assess learner performance, provide feedback, and ensure training objectives are met.

Responsibilities include mentoring other technical trainers, standardizing training materials, and coordinating with management to align programs with industry requirements. The role also requires ongoing improvement of training content,



documentation of learning outcomes, and effective communication with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid experience as Technical Trainers with a proven track record of leading instructor-led programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design and learning pathway planning.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Technical Training, including hands-on demonstrations and practical skill assessment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training delivery skills for diverse learner groups.
- Relevant technical qualification or degree/diploma in engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior instructors is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple batches or programs.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic office software for training and reporting.
