Responsibilities

- Architect and Develop: Lead hands-on development of scalable, high-quality features using full-stack technologies.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of 2-5 engineers, ensuring adherence to Agile practices and technical excellence.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.

- Project Leadership: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and delegate them effectively. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team. Identify technical challenges and provide creative solutions.

- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
