This role will be responsible for configuring Discovery, integrating observability tools, improving CMDB data quality, and supporting automation initiatives that enable proactive IT operations. This position plays a critical role in reducing configuration data inconsistencies and strengthening the foundation for future platform expansion.

- Service Mapping Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery across on-prem and cloud environments Manage MID Servers and ensure reliable data collection Define CI classification, identification, and reconciliation rules Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve Discovery coverage ITOM Integrations &
- Observability Integrate monitoring and observability tools with ServiceNow Configure event ingestion and normalization Develop alert correlation rules Improve signal-to-noise ratio in incident creation Support proactive incident management initiatives CMDB Governance &
