We are looking for an experienced R&D; leader to build and lead the engineering team and drive product development, product improvements, and industrialization initiatives. Location- Manjusar-Savli , Vadodara, Gujarat Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead the R&D; engineering team.
- Lead current product development, product improvements, and portfolio extensions.
- Drive technical ownership and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Improve and sustain product groups with a focus on local production.
- Lead engineering projects and customer-specific development initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and establish effective working procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales, cross-functional teams, and HQ.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering. ( Products- battery, switches, components for circuit protection etc)
- 15+ years of experience in product development.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical components.
- Proven project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good English language skills.
