Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end test automation for web and mobile applications using Playwright (web) and Appium + WebdriverIO (mobile & cross-platform).

Design and implement scalable, maintainable test frameworks, CI/CD-integrated pipelines, and reusable component libraries.

Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to shift-left QA: define acceptance criteria, automate regression suites, and drive quality ownership.

Own test strategy for complex user journeys across desktop, iOS, and Android platforms—ensuring pixel-perfect UX and functional integrity.





Mentor junior QA engineers, enforce best practices, and champion test reliability, flakiness reduction, and execution speed.

Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, generate actionable reports, and drive defect triage with data-backed insights.
