We have an exciting opportunity for a current Lead Nurse to join our team. This new post will provide expert input to the digital / IT teams within NHS Golden Jubilee to translate clinical needs into IT requirements. Post holder will function as the senior competent clinical practitioner on a range of corporate workforce and digital projects. Post holder has responsibility for the implementation of the organisation’s strategic approach to specific nursing workforce planning, working closely with key colleagues.

You must be UK NMC registered, Master’s degree in healthcare related subject or equivalent (SCQF level 11) and a recognised leader level QI qualification.

You will have a proven track record in nursing leadership and experience of leading digital quality improvement initiatives.
