Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer(Lead) with strong DevOps capabilities to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Mobile & Web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full stack frontend, backend, and infrastructure with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

- Ai enabled Development and QA
- Experience with React.Native
- Design and develop robust, scalable applications using the MERN stack:
- PostgreSQL and MongoDB for database management
- Express.js and Node.js for backend services
- React.js/React Native for frontend development
- Redis/Kafka
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of applications

DevOps & Cloud Responsibilities

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Monitor application performance and system health using observability tools
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Collaboration & Best Practices

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, and QA & Product teams
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards




- Implement security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection, application protection, database protection)
- Maintain documentation for systems, APIs, and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong grip on

JavaScript (ES6+)

React.js, ReactNative, Node.js, Express.js

Postgresql and NoSQL databases

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

DevOps Skills

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices

Experience

8-12 years of relevant experience in full stack development, DevOps and Solutioning
