Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Experience Range 7+ Years

Hiring Location : Bangalore

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Solid expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Experience in Salesforce Administration including user management, roles, profiles, security, permissions, workflows, validation rules, record types, custom objects, and page layouts.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, Process Builder, and workflow automation.
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Experience with data migration and management tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, data integrity, and CRM best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience implementing AppExchange solutions.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations and middleware platforms.
- Experience providing user training and stakeholder support.
- Exposure to Salesforce release management and deployment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and system configuration.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce,



and SOQL.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Automate business processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom development.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing data quality management.
- Implement AppExchange applications and recommend platform enhancements.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for security and governance.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
