Experience:Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HSE for EPC Projects.At least 7 years as Lead HSE Engineer at project sites. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanial Engineering (Preferred),Environmental Science.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering.Certification in HSE management such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is highly desirable Desired Compentacies:.Proven ability to lead teams and manage HSE programs in complex engineering environments.Experience in Steel Plants, Aluminium Plants, Cement Plants, Mining, Material Handling Systems, Coal Handling Plants, Refineries, Power Plants, or Process Industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence diverse teams.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures in accordance with industry Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards & regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Effectively train and influence diverse teams

Preferred Candidates Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HSE for EPC Projects

At least 7 years as Lead HSE Engineer at project sites

Certification in HSE management such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is highly desirable

Experience in Steel Plants, Aluminium Plants, Cement Plants, Mining, Material Handling Systems, Coal Handling Plants, Refineries, Power Plants, or Process Industries
