We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Demand Generation Leader for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic sales development professional who can drive pipeline growth, lead global SDR teams, and optimize demand generation initiatives.

- 10+ years in Lead Generation / Demand Generation.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing 10–20 SDRs .
- Robust experience in US & EMEA markets .
- Comfortable working 6 PM–3 AM IST .
- Experience in inbound lead qualification and lead nurturing .
- Proven track record in pipeline, lead generation, and conversion targets .
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting .
- Experience building/scaling offshore Demand Generation or Inside Sales teams preferred.
