Lead Generation Executive - US Staffing

Hireteq Solutions is a Dallas-based staffing and workforce solutions firm supporting organizations across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare, with offices in the U.S., Canada, and India. We are a WBE/MBE-certified and award-winning company with 25+ years of industry experience.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads for prospective clients in the US market

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and decision-makers

Support sales and marketing efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn/social media outreach, and online research

Identify potential clients for staffing and workforce solutions across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare

Maintain and update lead generation databases and tracking reports





Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities

Coordinate with internal sales and business development teams to support client acquisition efforts

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation / business development / demand generation

Expert-level hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory

Robust verbal and written communication skills

Experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn research, and lead tracking

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Comfortable working night shift aligned with US business hours
