Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Patna. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new business leads through online and offline channels, including research on potential clients and markets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, maintaining lead databases, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media, and coordinating with the sales and digital marketing teams to nurture leads.

The role involves tracking lead performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting campaigns aimed at increasing customer acquisition and brand visibility. The Executive is expected to work closely with internal stakeholders, follow structured processes, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets; salary is supplemented by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calling.
- Contact business owners, directors, and decision-makers.
- Introduce Candent SEO's digital marketing services.
- Understand customer requirements.




- Schedule appointments and online meetings.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
