Role Description This is a full-time, in office Lead Generation Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Lead Generation

Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying current leads through online research, databases, and industry sources. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining lead lists, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages, and coordinating with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics,



and contributing ideas to improve lead generation strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with potential clients are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Ability to identify and qualify new leads and perform effective lead generation activities.
- Strong market research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to support the sales team in closing deals.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or lead management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Preferred: Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer support; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
