Key Responsibilities

- Independently research and identify businesses, startups, professionals, shops, brands, and individuals who may require websites, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, or other digital services.
- Source and generate your own leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, business directories, company websites, Instagram, Facebook, online marketplaces, local business listings, and other relevant platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients through professional emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other appropriate communication channels.
- The company will not provide a pre-generated or ready-made list of leads. Finding, researching, and approaching potential clients will be an important part of your role.
- Research each prospect before contacting them and identify businesses that have a genuine requirement or potential need for our services.
- Introduce Builtify and its services professionally to potential clients.
- Understand the prospect's requirements and share qualified opportunities with the Builtify team.
- Coordinate discussions between interested prospects and the Builtify team when required.
- Maintain professional communication and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Keep track of contacted prospects, responses, follow-ups, and qualified leads.

Lead Sourcing Expectations The role requires proactive lead generation. You will be expected to independently search for potential clients rather than waiting for leads to be assigned by the company.

- Instagram & Facebook
- Business directories
- Online marketplaces
- Local shops and businesses
- Professional networks
- Email databases and other legitimate business sources The objective is to identify businesses that could benefit from Builtify's services and professionally approach them with a relevant proposal.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales or lead generation.
- Ability to research businesses and identify potential prospects.
- Comfortable communicating with businesses through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to independently search for and approach potential clients.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Must have access to a smartphone or laptop with a reliable internet connection.

Compensation

- 10% commission on every successful project payment received from your referred client.
- No fixed salary.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
- Commission is paid after the client completes the applicable payment to Builtify.
- There is no limit on the number of clients or projects you can generate.

Key

This is a commission-based business development role. Builtify will provide the necessary information about its services, packages, and offerings, but lead research, prospect identification, initial outreach, and follow-up are the responsibility of the Lead Generation Executive.
