As a Lead Fixture & Tester Maintenance, you will be responsible for the development, validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production test fixtures and testers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure test readiness for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, validate, and qualify test fixtures for production.

- Maintain and troubleshoot production testers and fixtures.

- Support NPI builds and manufacturing ramp-up activities.

- Drive yield improvement, equipment uptime, and process optimization.

- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external vendors.

- Lead and mentor a team of test engineering professionals.

Required Experience





- Experience 10+ years in Test Fixture Development, Validation, and Maintenance.

- Hands-on experience with ATE/Test Systems in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience supporting NPI (Recent Product Introduction) activities.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

- Experience in Telecom, Networking, Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), or related industries.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
