Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual who is interested with an attitude to learn by doing, who can collaborate closely with industry experts, faculty, instructional designers, and technical teams to shape and develop industry-aligned learning solutions, practical labs, capstone projects, assessments, and cloud-based learning environments for online degree programmes and professional certifications. The role requires an individual who is keen to learn, continuously develop technical expertise across emerging technology domains, and translate real-world engineering practices into engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

This role requires an individual who enjoys working in education, is willing to take a hands-on approach and work with teams to implement standard tools and frameworks and technology-driven learning solutions.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Design and develop industry-aligned experiential learning solutions, including practical labs,
- capstone projects, assessments, and cloud-based learning environments for AI and emerging technology programmes.
- Collaborate with teams to design end-to-end, to help in design quality learning projects that
- simulate real-world enterprise use cases and enable hands-on learning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, engineering teams, and instructional designers to develop technically accurate, engaging, and industry-relevant learning experiences.




- Review and validate technical content, source code, and project implementations to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Interested to learn cloud-native learning environments, with a focus on AWS (and other cloud platforms where applicable).
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance programme content, learning frameworks, and practical experiences.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science,
- Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in Software development, SDLC Lifecycle
- Preferred Experience
- AI/ML development, NLP, or Generative AI applications, Python and AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Understanding of API development and system integration is desirable.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure or GCP is preferred. Professional
- certifications in one or more of the following areas are desirable but not mandatory if relevant
- experience is available.
