Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Lead to lead the design, development, delivery, and operational excellence of the TeleSense software platform.

This role combines engineering leadership with hands-on technical contribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team covering Front-End, Mobile, Backend, QA, and DevOps functions while also serving as a senior technical contributor with strong expertise in modern web technologies.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience working directly with business and product stakeholders.

Technical Skills ✅ Strong hands-on experience in Java and Apache Spark

✅ Backend should be very strong and scalable application development expertise





✅ The frontend technology- our setting is based on Angular

✅ Knowledge of AWS, microservices, APIs, CI/CD and DevOps practices

✅ Understanding of Angular ecosystem (preferred)

✅ Exposure to mobile application development teams (preferred)

Leadership Requirements

✅ 10 years overall experience with team management responsibilities

✅ Engineering leadership experience across multiple technology teams

✅ Architecture and solutioning capabilities

✅ Ability to drive platform modernization and technical roadmap

✅ Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills (non negotiable)
