: Lead Designer - Workplace

We are seeking a talented Lead Designer - Workplace to join our design studio, focusing on Corporate and Workplace Interior projects. You will collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative design concepts for various corporate interior projects, lead client presentations and pitches, and oversee design management and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

- Strategize design solutions that align with assigned programs and budgets.
- Manage multiple projects and provide pre-design services, which may include conducting feasibility studies and specifying design requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure successful development of designs from one phase to the next, maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.
- Lead and participate in project meetings and client presentations as needed, ensuring effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Provide quality control by reviewing design documentation and scheduling project team deliverables.
- Attend client work sessions and design reviews as required.
- Travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings,



and site visits as necessary.

What We Expect

- You have 10+ years of experience working on commercial interior, corporate interiors, and workplace design projects, along with managing a team.
- You possess a solid design sensibility and the technical ability to develop projects from concept to execution.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- You have excellent multi-tasking abilities, along with strong time management and organizational skills.
- You hold a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- You have excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
