About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the visual and conceptual direction of multiple projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, creativity, and strategic alignment.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and client teams to craft innovative digital assets that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring junior designers, overseeing design processes, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all deliverables. Qualifications Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Experience within a digital marketing agency or similar environment is highly preferred.

Skills & Expertise

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design techniques.




- Experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and others.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities The Design Lead will be entrusted with a broad scope of responsibilities aimed at elevating the agency’s creative output and ensuring client satisfaction. Key duties include:

- Develop and articulate the overall design strategy and vision for multiple client projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Provide creative leadership by mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment, and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Engage with clients, account managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, brand positioning, and target audiences, translating these insights into compelling visual concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of designs across digital platforms.
- Lead the creation of high-quality digital assets including websites, social media graphics, banners, email templates, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials.
- Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools,



and best practices to keep the agency at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Review and approve all design work before delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, brand consistency, and project specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot design challenges, providing effective solutions that balance creativity with usability, performance, and project timelines.
