? Position Overview The Lead – Capex Projects will lead large-scale Pharma and Bio-Pharma capital projects at Hyderabad sites. Reporting directly to the Sr VP – Capex Projects , this role demands deep expertise in project execution , regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment across multidisciplinary teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Project Management : Lead greenfield and brownfield projects in Pharma/Bio-Pharma.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to cGMP standards (EU GMP, WHO, US FDA, Schedule M).
- EHS Compliance : Implement safety practices and environmental health standards.
- Budget Preparation : Develop and monitor project budgets.
- Team Leadership : Manage engineering teams and contractors across functions.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Interface with manufacturing, QA, consultants, and authorities.
- Risk Management : Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.




- Statutory Compliance : Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met.

? Qualifications & Experience
- Education : BE in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation.
- Experience : 25 years in Pharma and Bio-Pharma project management, including large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects.

- Oversight of Capex projects across multiple Hyderabad sites.
