Key Responsibilities

- Learn and prepare cocktail and zero-proof beverage recipes.
- Ingredient preparation, batching, and mise en place.
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining consistency and quality.




- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with the bar team.

Requirements

- Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, or the hospitality industry.

*Proven Bartending experience, including mixing classic and signature cocktails, maintaining bar standards, and managing peak service times.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming bar experience.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Bartender or Bartender.

Salary

- Assistant Bartender: ₹18,000+ per month.
- Experienced Bartenders: Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.

Working Hours

- 8–9 hour shifts.
- Must be comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
