Job DescriptionRole Summary

NWe are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to lead the technical delivery of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in BIM-based documentation, building envelope systems, faade detailing, technical coordination, and construction documentation across international projects.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead technical deliveryof complex architectural projects.

- Define project deliverystrategy and technical direction.
N
- Develop BIM-based architectural documentation from Design Development through Construction Administration.
N
- Lead building envelope systems and faade detailing.
N
- Establish QA/QC standards and ensure compliance across projects.
N
- Coordinate with ProjectManagers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
N
- Resolve multidisciplinary design and technical issues.
N
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
N
- Support project planning, resource utilization, and technical risk management.
N
- Mentor technical teams and promote architectural best practices.
N
- Drive innovation in BIMworkflows and digital design processes.
N
- Maintain high standardsfor quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory

- Master's Degree (M.Arch) Preferred

nExperience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Architectural Design and Technical Project Delivery.

- Experience delivering large-scale commercial or institutional building projects.

- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
