Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership &
- Escalations:

Serve as the primary technical authority and escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents across WebCMS, HOTS, and IPS platforms.

- Core Application Maintenance: Provide architectural guidance and support for enterprise applications built on .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC.

- Cross-Application Integration &

- Database Management:

Coordinate dependencies across shared environments; analyze and resolve complex database, query, and data-access issues in SQL Server using Entity Framework.

- Specialized System Integration: Manage and troubleshoot technical dependencies with content management and publishing ecosystems, specifically WoodWing and Adobe solutions.

- Hosting &

- Web Infrastructure:

Oversee application configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting on IIS (Internet Information Services).

- Build, Release &

- Governance:

Lead release management efforts, overseeing CI/CD build and deployment pipelines in TeamCity while representing the pod in technical governance discussions.

- Code Maintenance &

- Enhancements:

Guide junior and mid-level engineers on root cause analysis, bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements.





- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional technical teams, product stakeholders, and pod leadership to maintain high application uptime, stability, and timely incident resolution.

Required Skills

- Experience: 8 - 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application engineering, architecture, and L3/tier-3 production support.

- Core Frameworks: Advanced technical expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.

- Database &
- ORM:

Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, query optimization, indexing) and Entity Framework.

- Web Server Management: Hands-on experience configuring, securing, and troubleshooting applications on IIS (Internet Information Services).

- Publishing &

- Content Systems:

Familiarity with WoodWing publishing workflows and Adobe suite integrations.

- Incident Management: Solid track record in application maintenance, complex debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support SLA management.

- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor engineers, drive technical consensus, and represent the team in governance meetings.
