Purpose : To lead land sourcing and business development efforts in Hyderabad, enabling Ashiana Housing’s strategic expansion by identifying, evaluating, and closing high-potential residential land opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Land Sourcing &





• Deal Origination Identify and source land parcels suitable for residential development.Build a strong pipeline of off-market and market deals Market Intelligence &

• Feasibility Conduct micro-market analysis (pricing, absorption, competition, regulatory environment)Prepare initial feasibility and business case notes Developer &

• Partner Engagement Identify and engage with local developers for JVs / JDs / outright purchaseMaintain relationships with Landowners, Channel partners / brokers, Local consultantsRepresent Ashiana in initial deal discussions and negotiations Deal Structuring &

• Closure Support Support structuring of financial models and deal termsParticipate in negotiations to close transactionsTrack deal progress from lead to closure Stakeholder Management Work closely with HO leadership and cross-functional teamsProvide regular updates on Pipeline status, Market trends &
